The ikat motif on the front panel cushion is called tosso’ balekoan, which represents a niddy noddy used for making skeins of yarn after being spun from cotton fibers into thread. The backing is made from handspun cotton with mud dyes and tannins to achieve a rich black so that your cushion covers are reversible.
These handmade natural dyed cushions would be exquisite on a couch, chair or bed. Each cushion cover comes with an inner lining with zipper so all that is required is for you to add the Dacron and enjoy your handmade pillow.
