What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and JCB debit and credit cards through our secure instant payment channel, DOKU.

We also accept direct bank transfers in IDR, USD, GBP, SGD, JPY, EUR, and AUD. 

Please note that direct bank transfers in IDR may require 1-2 business days to clear payment, while international bank transfers may require 3-5 business days. 


Which bank accounts can I transfer to?

For payments in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), bank transfers can be made to our BCA or Maybank accounts.

For payments in USD, GBP, SGD, JPY, EUR, and AUD, transfers can be made to our Maybank account.

Bank account details will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Proof of payment is required to process your order. Please send your proof of payment to shop@threadsoflife.com or our Business WhatsApp at +62 812 3904 0293.


Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. The minimum order value for purchases made through our website is IDR 1,000,000.

Orders below this amount cannot be processed through our online checkout.


Is my payment secure?

Yes. All card payments are processed securely through DOKU using encrypted payment systems.


Will I receive an order confirmation or an invoice?

Yes. Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details. For international bank transfer payment, we will send a final invoice in your preferred currency to your email address in 1-2 business days. 


 I have made payment via direct bank transfer, how do I track my order?

Please do not forget to send your proof of payment to shop@threadsoflife.com or our Business WhatsApp at +62 812 3904 0293.

Once we have received your proof of payment, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. 


I have not received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact us at shop@threadsoflife.com and we will be happy to assist.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, although changes may not be possible once an order has been prepared for shipment.
