Threads of Life will only accept returns of goods that were defective prior to shipment. We make every effort to ensure that product photographic images on this website accurately represent the goods for sale, but since the colour of the image might not exactly match the colour of the object, and since the appearance of an image's colour varies with the device upon which it is viewed and the settings of that device, and since the appearance of the object's colour will vary with the light it is viewed by, Threads of Life will not accept any returns for any discrepancy of colour between goods and their images on this website, and will not accept any discrepancy of colour between goods and their images on this website as a defect of goods.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
Threads of Life will substitute or replace or refund defective goods at our discretion. If goods appear to have been defective prior to shipment, photo documentation is required showing defect(s) to the product(s). Emails regarding defective goods are to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns require a return authorisation number from Threads of Life via email to email@example.com before any goods will be accepted for return. We will not accept COD shipments. COD shipments will be refused.
