Customs Duty & Taxes
Payments made on this website include the price of goods and shipping cost, but do not include customs duty, import tax, or clearance fees charged upon arrival in your country. These are set by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient before delivery.

United States: As of mid-2025, shipments to the U.S. are subject to a 19% import duty plus a DHL flat customs clearance fee (about USD 15–20).

Europe, Australia & others: Duties and taxes vary by country. We have not seen new tariffs like those in the U.S., but your local customs may still apply charges.
Shipping Services

International: Sent by DHL. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days (customs clearance may add delays).

Indonesia: Domestic shipments are sent via JNE/Pos Indonesia (2–5 business days) or instant courier within Bali (same day).

Orders are dispatched weekdays only once payment is confirmed.
Damaged or Refused Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us for assistance with a claim.
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct address and contact details. Threads of Life will not be held responsible for refused or mis-addressed deliveries.
Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included. Please email us at office@threadsoflife.com if you wish to add insurance (billed separately).
