The sekomandi textile used to make these cushion covers is called "tosso’ balekoan," which represents a niddy noddy used for making skeins of yarn after being spun from cotton fibers into thread. Each textile is tied, dyed, and woven by a woman from the area known as Karataun in Sulawesi. The back panel is handspun cotton woven on a backstrap loom and dyed with indigo dyes.

These handmade, naturally dyed cushions would be exquisite on a couch, chair, or bed.
Each cushion cover comes with an inner lining with a zipper, so all that is required is for you to add the Dacron and enjoy your handmade pillow.
