This stunning cushion covers is made from handwoven textiles from Sumba. There is two traditional motif on these cushion, in the middle is called ana tau refers to a human figure. Ana is in front of the word, tau is used as a sign of respect. Beside of that we called mahang or lions motif is derived from the image of rampant lions found on Dutch coins. The back panel is a hearty handspun cotton woven on a backstop loom and dyed to a deep rust using sustainably harvested Ceriops tagal bark from Papua.
These handmade natural dyed cushions would be exquisite on a couch, chair or bed. Each cushion cover comes with an inner lining with zipper so all that is required is for you to add the Dacron and enjoy your handmade pillow.
