This batik textile is a wonderful example of Yogyakarta batiks It contains an array of symbols of different motifs mde for the Sultanate of Yogjakarta. The semen motif represents all of what is contained in the universe. Sidoaseh is a motif that express joy and would be used on a textile for marriage. This is in excellent condition. Sekar pudak is a pandanus family and the exquisite smelling flower is used for making holy water. A person who is like sekar pudak will be well thought of for their whole life.
