Patterns used in traditional textiles are very specific in their meaning and use. These cushion covers feature a motif called "soke mata wati," which refers to the top of a basket. The cushion is made from traditional cloth using the ikat technique by weavers in Flores. The back panel is handspun cotton woven on a backstrap loom in central Java.

These handmade, naturally dyed cushions would be exquisite on a couch, chair, or bed.

Each cushion cover comes with an inner lining with a zipper so all that is required is for you to add the Dacron and enjoy your handmade pillow.
